Cancellation Policy
All cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund by contacting Pez Rey directly. All trips cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the quoted rate for the trip. In the event that the client is not present the day of the booked trip, Pez Rey will charge the client the full quoted rate for the trip. In case trips are not possible due to acts of mother nature or
other extraneous circumstances, charges and refunds will be handled
on an individual basis and at the discretion of Pez Rey S.A.
